Unique ItemsWe
make every effort to offer some unique items that are one-of-a kind pieces. Please note that during the check-out process,
these items may still appear to be available for purchase, yet have already temporarily sold out. In the case that you purchase
a one-of-a-kind item that has already sold out, we will contact you immediately to let you know if we will be able to re-order
the item, offer you another item, or grant you a refund. Thank you for understanding!
Sales TaxShipments
to addresses within the state of Florida are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of Florida are not
charged sales tax. Return/Exchange PolicyReturns are accepted on all items (except custom orders) within 14 days of receipt
for store/website credit or exchange. We do not give refunds. All returned items must include original packaging materials
and the merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition. The original merchandise receipt must be included with return.
We do not reimburse shipping charges to or from COOLCOSAS.COM. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email us at info@coolcosas.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). COOLCOSAS.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and returns received after 14

Damaged ItemsPlease notify us immediately
if any part of your order arrives damaged. Keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item, in case we need
to have it picked up for inspection by the carrier. We will ship out a replacement if available or credit the amount of the
damaged item.

Giving 2008 For Christmas shipping,
all orders must be placed prior to December 13th. Any orders after December 13th are not guaranteed to be delivered
in time for Christmas unless arrangements have been made with us for premium delivery and the appropriate additional shipping
